Brienna was just ten and her mother loved to watch her enthusiasm as she ran over the snow under the night sky.
“God’s in every single star?” Brienna asked with wide-eyed wonder. “And the clouds? And the snowflakes? And all of this?” Arms thrown open wide for emphasis.
“Yes.” Mother laughed.
Brienna giggled with sheer delight, then proclaimed, “God is awesome!”
“You know what else?” Mother tapped Brienna’s nose. “God is also in you. And in me.”
“The same one?” Brienna asked. She looked around them once more.
“The same one,” Mother agreed.
Brienna hugged Mother tight. “God is beautiful.”
